To ensure the quality of our product, orders are shipped Monday through Thursday only. Orders placed Wednesday after 1pm CST through Sunday will be processed and shipped the following Monday or on a future availale date of your choice. On the next page you will have the opportunity to select a Delayed Shipping date. Please call if other arrangements are necessary.

Fresh Elk Cuts are shipped UPS NextDay and Prepared Elk products are shipped UPS 2nd Day unless otherwise specified. Your order is carefully packaged in a reusable foam container and kept cool with reusable gelpacks. The container is placed inside a sturdy corrugated cardboard box for additional protection.
